  They don't even one star worst office ever!!!!! Not very responsive. I always have to do my own research and spend more money. David only call when he wants to sell more crap!!!!!! I advise don't go to this office .

  Mistakenly I have been with Mr. Johnson for over 10 years I never really had any claims so I had no idea what kind of person/agent he was until now. He is a crook only cares about you and your property when he is trying to sell you something you don't need. I get called weekly to monthly asking if I want to spend more money with him. I don't get the calls saying we can save you money i just get the bill increased every few months, so much for the discount double check. When you call to ask why it went up they deflect and try to sell you something else. When you speak with this office DO NOT believe what they say read every line in your paperwork they lie and tell you what you want yo hear not the facts. Never again will I do business with Mr. Johnson or State Farm. This is truly the worst experience I have ever had. I was hit by a car that ran a red light. When I called the office of Mr. David Johnson asking why my policy is not what was spoken to me they quickly transfered me to Claims they tell me to call my agent. When you call the agent back again they immediately transfer me again. Mr. Johnsons office has not even called me back to see if I was ok let alone to help me with what I pay him for or answer the questions I have. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE DAVE JOHNSON OR STATE FARM THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF . Thanks alot Dave you are truly a con artist. I hope I stop at least one person from going through what I currently am. It has now been 7 days since my accident and David Johnson STILL has not returned ANY of my phone calls or emails. What a joke Mr Johnson.
